I visited after seeing a video recommendation from Chef Isaac Villaverde of La Tapa del Coco. I was not disappointed! Despite the very long line, the service was fast. The staff only speaks Spanish, so you should, too! The staff was also very friendly. The restaurant is easy to get to as it is located on Avenida Central.
And the food….
It’s three days later and I am still thinking about my 1/4 pollo con papas. I don’t know what Tommy does to make his chicken so amazing, but don’t stop! I can’t wait to return to Colón and eat at Rosticeria Tommy again.
